Chris at AVP was fantastic!! Great communication, prompt service, and outstanding work on the soft wash of our home, which had been sitting on the market for 7 months. After a sale fell through, we reached out to Chris, and within 24 hours of our first contact, he was already at the property getting to work. In just a couple of hours, the job was done and let me tell you, the transformation was incredible! (The photos speak for themselves) We truly can’t thank him enough. Just one week later, the same buyer revisited the home and came back with another offer! We’ve been recommending Chris to everyone. If you’re considering home cleaning services, go with AVP. Chris with AWP did a great job on my roof. I have a very steep roof and he still did the job for us. I called and he got us scheduled with in two days. If anyone needs some softwash work done Chris is your man.

Great experience with AWP Exterior Cleaning! Received a referral to Chris to clean my gutters. 1st of several projects on the to do list. Chris got to the house, spied the roof moss & called to recommend cleaning the roof with gutters included. We talked it through & went for it. Chris was able to complete the bigger project on the original appointment day. The roof looks great! The gutters are clear! The house looks amazing! Best part is I was able to have multiple projects completed, within estimates, with no hassle. I appreciate Chris’s directness, desire to be fair, quality of work, & get it done attitude! We recently hired Chris with AWP LLC here in Astoria, Oregon, and I can confidently say it was the best exterior cleaning service we’ve ever experienced. Chris performed a full soft wash on our home and our large shop, and the results were unbelievable. Everything looks brand new again. Chris also pressure washed our porches, removed all the moss from our roof, treated it properly to prevent regrowth, cleaned out the gutters, and even back-flushed our clogged drainage lines so water flows perfectly now. I am super impressed today! For years I have been climbing ladders to pressure wash my house and taking all weekend long to do it. Chris was in and out in 6 hours, both my home and shop were cleaned stem to stern, top to bottom! Everything is brighter now, and my roof is free of all the moss. I'll be scheduling AWP next year too, and I hope it won't take nearly as long for him. This was a big project, and I know he did it right. Thanks!
