The crew wipes frames and sills as part of the process, and removes screens, cleans them separately, then reinstalls. Interior window cleaning is available but requires access to the home and adds time. Most customers schedule exterior-only cleaning and handle interiors themselves. AWP can't clean windows above 30 feet without specialized equipment. Third-story windows or windows over steep rooflines may require a lift or scaffolding, which will be discussed during the estimate. Most single-family homes across Greater Clark County have 15–25 windows and take 1–2 hours for exterior cleaning. Homes with more windows or difficult access take longer.

Window cleaning is recommended twice per year — spring and fall — to stay ahead of pollen and leaf debris. The crew provides before-and-after photos for every job, and you don't need to be home as long as they have exterior access. Payment is due on completion unless invoicing has been arranged.
